Jacobsen Arquitetura is an international architecture studio that was born in Rio de Janeiro. As a premise and design methodology, they develop projects seeking integration between the built environment and its natural context. They do not start from preconceived ways, but explore solutions derived from the dialogue established between architecture and nature, considering the active contribution of their clients’ wishes. They explore possibilities of using natural materials, interpreting the concepts of transparency, lightness and fluidity, in order to constitute a contemporary aesthetic language. With international operations, Jacobsen Arquitetura has offices in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Lisbon.
