The Lacanche Classic Macon 1000 is a true workhorse of a range. The three-oven combination facilitates prodigious output. As with all Lacanche range cookers, you can configure the main ovens to your choice and select several different hob options. The Macon is also available in an all-electric version with a five-zone induction hob.
