One of our very favourite stylists Deb McLean and right hand man, photographer Colin Doswell, who’s work you may remember from the cover of our very first issue of Est Magazine, have worked their magic again in styling and shooting the look book of one of our very favourite brands, House of Orange.
Responsible for bringing functional and affordable Dutch design to our shores as the exclusive distributor of HK Living, Hans and Ursula van Schoonhoven’s predilection for the northern European aesthetic can also be seen in their custom made furniture and accessories under their House of Orange brand. Featuring five signature colours – New Dutch Blonde, Stonewash, Domino Black, Limewash Grey and Charcoal, the range of furniture made from eco pine suits both indoor and outdoor schemes.
Commissioning Deb McLean to style the 2013 look book was a natural choice for the van Schoonhoven’s – with a penchant for Scandi style and an affinity for Dutch design, McLean imbues the campaign with restrained sophistication and a dash of the off-beat. Just the way we like it.
