Herman Miller and Living Edge are partnering to once again bring design and film lovers together by hosting the Herman Miller Collection Lounge at the 2015 Sydney Film Festival Hub from 3-14 June. Film goers and design aficionados alike will find a comprehensive range of new and archival pieces from the Herman Miller Collection in the Lower Town Hall in Sydney’s CBD – a pop up paradise for the mid-century modernist in us all.
If you’re looking to catch a movie and sample some fine furniture pieces (who wouldn’t be interested in that winning combination?!) then the Lounge offers the perfect opportunity to experience first hand just what makes fine furniture sit apart from the rest.
This years Herman Miller Collection Lounge will feature new products recently released like the Girard Colour Wheel Ottomans, the Crosshatch chair by EOOS, new sofas by BassamFellows and the ever popular Eames Plastic Shell chairs in new and traditional colour ways. Also on display will be the reintroduced iconic works of Alexander Girard with his folk art-inspired graphic designs now available as ready to hang wall art through Herman Miller.
