Colour Collection 2027 doesn’t aim to reproduce the Australian landscape in a literal sense; it instead draws on its tonal qualities—the relationships between colours, the layers of nearby materials, the subtle shifts in tone that form a space’s particular character. For designers and homeowners, that distinction matters as it offers a way to bring the surrounding environment inside without turning the landscape itself into a design statement.

In the new solids range, Scribbly Gum mirrors the weathered bark of its namesake, its greige underlined with a soft green hue beneath the surface. On the other hand, Desert Dune’s nuanced tone carries the sun-warmed quality of Australia’s inland sands. Red Centre goes further still, drawing on the deeply pigmented ochre earth of Central Australia in a way that holds its richness beyond shifting daylight. Nullarbor Drift picks up the pink-toned browns of the vast coastal plains, Sunbaked settles into a grounded earthy mid-tone, and High Country brings the palette back to its coolest point—a muted white with gentle greige undertones drawn from Victoria’s alpine regions.
