Located in Melbourne’s leafy suburb of Ivanhoe, this once traditional family home has been transformed by Biasol: Design Studio into a modern, Australian interpretation of Hamptons-style living.

What was formerly a segregated and disjointed series of rooms has been redesigned to function as an open plan home, encouraging socialising throughout the house. Striking design elements – including Calcatta Oro marble benchtops, timeless designer furniture and statement lighting– are featured throughout the home. Paired with natural lighting (controllable through simple shutters) and dark wood accents, the home becomes a bright, welcoming environment.
