Exploring the intersection of art, design, food, and human connection, FRAMA and Faye Toogood come together on a collaborative exhibition in Copenhagen for this year’s 3daysofdesign festival.
FRAMA is renowned for its evocative sensory connections through objects and spatial works, embodying a multi-disciplinary ethos across furniture, lifestyle essentials, self-care provisions, and fragrances. Meticulously curated to inspire mindful living, their creations reflect an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, emphasising spatial permanence and natural materials. Rooted in a deep appreciation for genuine connections—whether person-to-person or person-to-object—this ethos yields a timeless and sincere aesthetic.
Toogood is a London-based design studio founded by Faye Toogood, which works across interior, furniture, sculpture, fashion, textile, and object design. Her interdisciplinary practice is characterised by personal narrative, material experimentation and the reclamation of the interior and functional design as enduring contexts for creative exploration.
With a shared reverence for the creative process and distinct yet complementary design aesthetics, FRAMA and Toogood unite for the first time to explore the intersection of art, design, food, and people.

Their exhibition, aptly named ‘COLLAGE’, embodies these intersections—a collage of disciplines and perspectives. Set within FRAMA’s former apothecary store, ‘COLLAGE’ showcases a vibrant “bold and colourful installation” complemented by site-specific bespoke furniture. Guests are invited to dine amid an innovative assemblage of planes and shapes, crafting layered tables, surfaces, and screens throughout the entire space. Toogood’s intervention infuses vivid colours and striking proportions into FRAMA’s historic HQ from 1878, inviting visitors to experience the FRAMA universe from a fresh perspective.

“The word imagination encapsulates something that FRAMA is really good at,” FRAMA founder Niels Strøyer Christophersen says. “This very childlike, naive way of navigating exploration—we don’t feel the need to fit ourselves into the traditional industry forms. That’s why we invited Toogood to take part in this exhibition. Two studios who are very playful in the right, although very different, ways.”
A limited-edition capsule collection between FRAMA and Toogood has emerged as part of ‘COLLAGE’. Bringing together core elements from both brands’ respective design languages, an emphasis on natural materials, hand-painted details, and craftsmanship is apparent throughout. FRAMA has invited Toogood into its self care universe, while Toogood introduced FRAMA to its wardrobe of wearables.
A digital addendum to the exhibition is available for those unable to attend ‘COLLAGE’ in person. This playful room builder has been conceived to encourage imagination in design and experimentation with proportions, colour, and objects that run parallel to the FRAMA spaces.
