Susie Lane and Libby Turner are no strangers to the homewares retail scene in Melbourne, having launched their eponymous Turner and Lane store in Malvern 10 years ago. The doors of their Middle Park store opened just last year and they have more recently undertaken a brand spanking new fit-out in a new store location in South Yarra.

Turning to one of their  favourite designers, Susie and Libby asked Andrea Moore to reconfigure the narrow, dark space to incorporate custom designed shelving (built by Andrea's father) and a series of 'spaces' to house homewares, clothing, children's toys and giftware. The result is a blend of Scandi design with an eclectic modern style using open pale timber shelving, patchwork tiles, mosaic curtains and copper hanging rails.

With a carefully curated collection of wares including woollen throw rugs from Irish label Avoca, woven baskets from Wales, Evora cutlery by RM Hall and one of our favourite stools, the Peg Stool by the store's designer herself, Andrea Moore, we can guarantee you won't leave empty handed next time you visit.
