The Cross Street Project by C+M Studio was designed for anyone who has fallen in love with a home seen in the pages of Est Magazine - and wished they could move right in. You may recall the Manly Home or the North Bondi Apartment by C+M on these very pages and wanted to move in yourself?

The Cross Street Project, opening this Saturday, 25th of October focuses on local design, community and the beauty of beachside living with the newly renovated apartment offered for sale - along with all the furniture in it.

The clever design team at C+M have renovated this beautiful home in Bondi, Sydney and have listed it on the market to sell as is, or empty. Or if you come along and see some furniture or a fabulous accessory to your liking -  you can buy just that too.

Open for three weeks only, The Cross Street Project is a collaboration between C + M Studio's favourite local designers, artists and retailers, each hand chosen to fill the apartment with homewares, furniture and artwork...all of which is available to purchase over the three week "Open House' period.

Local artists collaborating on the project include Zoë MacDonell and Bart Celestino, with furniture and homewares from Mr and Mrs WhiteYellow Bungalow and local homewares institution The Design Hunter.
